Paderborn (dpa / lnw) - After finding a dead 89-year-old in an apartment in Paderborn, an 84-year-old suspect is in the care of the police.
The public prosecutor and the police announced on Tuesday evening.
There is a suspicion of a homicide.
It was initially not disclosed whether the woman was in custody, arrested or arrested.
Further information is expected to be announced on Wednesday.
The body was discovered on Tuesday evening in the shared apartment of a married couple in Paderborn's Riemekeviertel and was lying in bed, a police spokesman said the earlier evening.
The advice was received from an acquaintance of the couple.
