  On the same day, the opening ceremony of the second "China Colorful" Guangxi-Taiwan National Culture Design and Art Education Exchange Series Event Achievement Exhibition "Sheng·Yan" and the event was held in Nanning, Guangxi.

Lin Hengzheng commissioned Huang Yanbing, director of the Department of Drama, Film and Television Art Design of the Guangxi Academy of Arts to deliver a speech on his behalf.

  According to reports, this event uses art as the carrier and aims to promote the cultural, artistic design and educational exchanges between Guangxi and Taiwan.   Zheng Junli, president of Guangxi University of Arts, said that as Guangxi's economic and trade cooperation with Taiwan become closer and cultural exchanges become more frequent, colleges and universities play an important role in promoting exchanges between Guangxi and Taiwan and deepening cross-strait cultural integration.

  "The cross-border integration of clothing design, makeup modeling, stage lighting, model performance, multimedia video, photography and videography, graphic design, etc. is a bold attempt and exploration of the two colleges' cross-strait, online and offline, professional cooperation."   It is reported that this exhibition exhibited a total of more than 80 design works of students from two colleges and universities, covering various artistic styles such as costume design, makeup modeling, new media art, installation art, and models.

  It is understood that this event is another collaboration between Guitai Colleges and Universities after the first "China Colorful" Guitai National Cultural Design and Art Education Exchange Series in 2017.

  The event was co-organized by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Guangxi University of Arts, and co-organized by the School of Culture and Creativity, Taiwan Practice University.
