Erfurt / Halle (dpa / th) - The regional directorate of the Federal Employment Agency informs today (10:00 a.m.) about how the Thuringian labor market has developed in November.

The figures on unemployment and short-time work provide information about how the partial lockdown, which has been in place for a month, is affecting the economy in the Free State.

Gastronomy and hotels, but also cultural and leisure facilities, were closed again.

Up until October there had been a slight fall in the labor market.

The number of unemployed was 65,800 in Thuringia.

That was 2300 fewer than in September.

The unemployment rate was 5.9 percent.
