Wet snow and ice are expected in Moscow in the coming hours

"In the next 1-3 hours, with preservation until 11:00 on December 1, starting from the western and northern districts of Moscow, snow, sleet, adhesion of wet snow on wires and trees, ice is expected in places," the Emergencies Ministry said.
