Moskalkova was supposed to conduct the fourth all-Russian single lesson "Human Rights" for schoolchildren and students on December 1.
"Unfortunately, the authorized person is in quarantine from tomorrow ... The event is canceled," RIA Novosti reported.
The press service clarified that Moskalkova is healthy.
Earlier it became known that the governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov returned to his workplace after two weeks of self-isolation due to COVID-19.
