U.S. President-elect Joe Biden was certified to have won the presidential election last month in Arizona, a Republican garden.

US media reports that the Arizona State Department has officially certified Biden's victory.

Arizona's accreditation is an official declaration that Biden won in Arizona, leading to the appointment of 11 electors to vote for Biden in the absence of court intervention, Bloomberg said.

Earlier, President Trump has been suing his opponents, centering on his defeated rivals, but the courts are deciding losing one after another.

Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Nevada have already certified Biden's victory, and Wisconsin will verify the ballots tomorrow, following Arizona.

According to US media reports, Biden has secured a 306 electoral corps, overtaking President Trump, who only secured 232 electoral corps.

The United States will proceed with the process of selecting the next president by voting in the electoral team on the 14th when the results of the votes in each state are verified.
