Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - How are the resolutions of the federal and state governments implemented to contain the corona pandemic in Baden-Württemberg?
The state government wants to announce the new rules for the southwest on Monday.
According to the State Ministry, the new ordinance will come into force on Tuesday.
Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) and the prime ministers of the federal states agreed on how to proceed last Wednesday.
Many details remained open - for example, special rules for extreme corona hotspots, in which there are more than 200 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week.
However, new quarantine rules already apply.
So whoever gets a positive test result has to go home immediately.
The same applies to their household members and close contact persons.
Even if a doctor orders a corona test in suspected cases because of symptoms such as fever, dry cough or the loss of smell and taste, the quarantine obligation begins.
It ends automatically if no coronavirus is detected in the throat swab.
The quarantine is otherwise two weeks and will be shortened to 10 days from December 1 in accordance with the federal-state resolution.
