This program, which was prepared by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development in partnership with international universities, is one of the most efficient programs in the region, due to its comprehensive approach to preparation and qualification.

The “International Assignment of Emirati Leadership Program” granted graduation certificates for its first batch, which this year included 30 female and male graduates who successfully took the theoretical, scientific and training courses of the program, during six months of intensive preparation.
