This program, which was prepared by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development in partnership with international universities, is one of the most efficient programs in the region, due to its comprehensive approach to preparation and qualification.
The “International Assignment of Emirati Leadership Program” granted graduation certificates for its first batch, which this year included 30 female and male graduates who successfully took the theoretical, scientific and training courses of the program, during six months of intensive preparation.
The graduation of the members of the two programs is the culmination of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, which has graduated since its establishment in 2003 more than 700 Emirati leadership figures in various sectors and disciplines, who contribute effectively to the advancement of the development process in the country and the achievement of its future goals and unlimited ambition under the slogan of its identity: "Nothing is impossible."

During the past three years, the center organized visits to exchange experiences to five global cities: San Francisco in the United States of America, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, New Delhi in India, Thales in Estonia, and Santiago in Chile.
