The fact that the Supreme Court has rejected the complaint filed against Minister

for the presence in Spain of

would not mean any triumph for the defendant in a normal country, for an easy to understand reason: the order issued does not deny the facts.

The inadmissibility is not based on the non-existence of the "crime", but on its nature as, let's call it that, "political crime."

Let's see this. Delcy Rodríguez, like other Venezuelan citizens, is prohibited from entering the territory of Venezuela.
