"The administrative procedure for conducting a theoretical exam includes the following administrative steps ... a check is being made of the performance of the audio and video surveillance system (audio, video recording) installed in the examination class," the document says.
The current regulations do not provide for the equipment of classes by means of video and audio recording.
Earlier it became known that Russia may revise the list of gross errors in the driver's license exam, for any of which the candidate receives an unsatisfactory mark.
