Four people died in an accident with a train in the Kuban

“A gross violation of traffic rules by a car driver led to an accident in the Krasnodar Territory.

Today at 21:33 the driver of a Lada Priora car drove to a regulated railway crossing on the Ust-Labinskaya - Dvubratsky stretch of the North Caucasian Railway in front of an approaching freight train with a properly functioning automatic alarm, ”TASS reports citing the press service of the North Caucasus Caucasian Railway (North Caucasus Railway).

The driver of the freight train applied emergency braking, but the distance was insufficient, and the collision could not be avoided.

According to a TASS source in the operational services, four people were killed.

Earlier it was reported that in the Belogorsk district of the Amur region as a result of a collision of a foreign car with a passenger train, one person died, three were injured.
