Darmstadt (dpa / lni) - Eintracht Braunschweig has suffered a significant bankruptcy after a desolate performance in the 2nd Bundesliga at SV Darmstadt 98.

The promoted team lost 4-0 (0-4) on Friday and slipped deeper into the crisis.

Tobias Kempe with two converted foul penalties (6th and 36th minute) and Serdar Dursun with his number five and six goals of the season (7th / 34th) ensured the hosts' first home win of the season before the break.

With 21 goals conceded, Braunschweig is now the league's shooting gallery and with eight points remains in 16th place in the table. Darmstadt improved to eighth place.

The hosts lost 4-0 against SC Paderborn and 0-0 at Erzgebirge Aue.

Eintracht had a pitch-black day and showed glaring weaknesses, especially on the defensive.

At 0-2, Dursun used a bad pass from Michael Schultz.

The 0: 3 by Dursun, who also took out both penalties, was preceded by a mistake by Jannis Nikolaou.
