Chinese passengers (including those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must apply to the embassy for the green health code with the "HS" logo, and foreign travelers must apply for the green QR code with the "HDC" logo on the health declaration form to the embassy, ​​and board with the code.

  The notice pointed out that in order to improve the accuracy of detection, IgM detection requires venous blood sampling (fingertip blood sampling is not allowed).

For this reason, passengers who take flights on or after December 5 must submit an IgM antibody test negative certificate indicating the method of venous blood sampling to apply for a green QR code (see the attachment for the proof sample, and the non-uniform format certificate issued by the laboratory is also required Specify).

The embassy has notified the testing agency of this requirement through the Ministry of Health of Singapore.
