The approximately 3,000 collective bargaining employees will receive 1.4 percent more money from March and an additional 2 percent a year later.

In September 2023 there will be a further surcharge of 1.5 percent.
A Christmas bonus of 1000 euros from next year as well as improvements to surcharges and vacation pay and more vacation days were also agreed.
The contract runs until the end of 2023.
