a child attending a primary school in La Ciotat in the Bouches-du-Rhône and his father were heard by the police.

The child was accused of apologizing for terrorism, whereas he would have declared, after the minute of silence organized in homage to Samuel Paty: "It is well done what happened to him, he did not have the right to insult us.

The student received a reminder of the law.

His father, heard on charges of contempt and death threats against a police officer, was brought in.
