A report by the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi stated that the proceeds of the sale of subsidized goods, which were sold to more than 100 thousand citizen families in Abu Dhabi, amounted to 210.9 million dirhams, within a year, through its three municipalities in Abu Dhabi: (Abu Dhabi City Municipality, City Municipality Al-Ain, Municipality of Al Dhafra Region), while he explained that the government of the emirate has allocated 100 million dirhams in annual support for buses, to encourage residents, workers and visitors in Abu Dhabi to travel and move around smartly.

In detail, the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi affirmed that its comprehensive and equitable policies and its purposeful vision depend on achieving cohesion in society, while seeking to achieve sustainable economic growth in the emirate, through its commitment to social responsibility and devoting concepts of solidarity among members of society, to enhance levels of social integration for all individuals. The department revealed that subsidized goods were sold to more than 100 thousand citizen families in Abu Dhabi, amounting to more than 210 million and 928 thousand dirhams, through its three municipalities, during the past year, including goods worth 55 million and 748 thousand dirhams for more than 63 million One thousand and 631 citizen families in the city of Abu Dhabi, and 154 million and 281 thousand dirhams for 55 thousand and 341 citizen families in the city of Al Ain, in addition to goods that were sold, with a total of 952 thousand and 895 thousand dirhams, to 5975 citizen families in the city of Al Dhafra.

The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Report indicated that the Department of Municipalities and Transport launched the "Journey" campaign, which aims to create an environment that supports and encourages residents, workers and visitors in Abu Dhabi to adopt smart and sustainable travel behaviors, indicating that the Abu Dhabi government subsidy on bus fare amounts to 100 million dirhams annually.

She added that the visit sought to consolidate the spirit of volunteer work, with the aim of presenting the department's employees, in various sectors, with developmental ideas for the camp, according to their experiences in urban and sustainable planning, technical support and engineering consultations, in addition to examining the camp buildings and service facilities and learning about the conditions of the Syrian refugees in the camp, as well as holding competitions Recreational and social, to create a spirit of competition and challenge for the students of the camp, and to bring joy and pleasure to them.
