This was reported on the website of the State Duma.

On November 25, during a plenary session, the State Duma adopted the corresponding draft in the second reading, with amendments taken into account.

It was noted that the project provides for the revision of the standards for teleworking, and also clarifies the availability of their application and the possibility of combining office and telework.

As the speaker of the lower house Vyacheslav Volodin stated, when discussing the parliamentarians proceeded from the fact that the rights of a remote employee should not be infringed upon in comparison with those who work in a stationary workplace.

Also, Russian leader Vladimir Putin instructed the government "to ensure the improvement of regulatory regulation of teleworking."
