13 May 2019Severino Antinori, the gynecologist accused in Milan for the alleged 'robbery' of eggs from a Spanish nurse, which took place at the Matris clinic three years ago, was sentenced to 7 years and 10 months in second degree. This was decided by the Court of Appeal which also accepted the plea agreement - agreed with the Attorney General - of the secretary of the doctor Bruna Balduzzi and the anesthetist Antonino Marcianò for both two years with suspended sentences.
For Antinori, the pg had asked to increase the sentence imposed by the Court up to 9 years.
