This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Victoria Abramchenko during a meeting led by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Now the departments are finalizing the development of a draft law, which provides for the possibility of excluding hazardous production facilities from the state register only if there is a conclusion of Rosprirodnadzor on the absence of environmental damage accumulated as a result of the activities of these objects," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying. 

It is noted that until the liquidation of the damage to the environment, it will be prohibited to divide the enterprises that are recorded as a single real estate complex in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, including in bankruptcy. 

The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that it is planned to impose financial responsibility on the owner to eliminate the accumulated harm to the environment.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in Usolye-Sibirskoye, Irkutsk Region, hazardous facilities were eliminated and the ingress of chemicals into waterways was prevented.
