In percentage terms, the rate of increase in the number of registered crimes in Sevastopol was 44.3%, in St. Petersburg - 24.9%.

In third place, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, is the Leningrad region (13.1%), followed by the Smolensk (11.3%) and Lipetsk regions (9.9%).

At the same time, a decrease in the crime rate is observed in Chechnya, North Ossetia, Adygea, the Perm Territory and in the Magadan Region.
