“Certain measures are being taken, targeted measures, not related to complete closure, not related to lockdown.

These measures in certain regions are yielding results, and the dynamics of the spread of the pandemic is decreasing there.

In other regions, the dynamics are multidirectional, let's say, somewhere the intensity drops, somewhere it continues to grow, "Peskov told reporters.

He noted that because of this, the federal and regional authorities are working around the clock.

Peskov also said that the federal plan and the work of the governors on the spot are being implemented in Russia.

“This is what prevents the collapse of healthcare, this is what allows us to quickly and effectively eliminate some bottlenecks, problematic moments that happen in this or that region,” said Peskov.

Previously, Peskov said that the healthcare system in Russia is operating in a severe overload mode, but in general the situation with COVID-19 is under control.
