According to Umeå District Court, there is convincing evidence against the 44-year-old man, but the formal verdict will not be handed down until January when the trial resumes.

Then the forensic psychiatric examination must be completed.

Prosecutors and defense say about their respective closing remarks:

- I mean that the accused should be held responsible for, among other things, murder and also certain other parts that concern serious illegal threats, fraud and more and that there was no form of emergency defense or emergency defense-like situation for the perpetrator in the incident that has been, prosecutors say Anders Norberg.

- We press what we think are shortcomings in the investigation, or rather, gaps in the prosecutor's description of what has happened.

The prosecutor has a very clear hypothesis about how this happened and we believe that it does not have support in all parts of what the investigation actually shows, says defense attorney, Robert Svedjetorp.
