US President Trump ordered that President-elect Joe Biden cooperate with the procedures necessary to take over the regime on the 23rd (local time), the Associated Press and other foreign media reported.

President Trump said in a tweet on the 23rd that he had made such recommendations to the Federal General Administration (GSA).

It was only 20 days after the presidential election on the 3rd and 16 days after reports of the defeat of the presidential election came out on the 7th that President Trump publicly announced that he would cooperate with the transfer of power.

President Trump said, "I am encouraging GSA chief Emily (Murphy) and her team to do what they should do according to the original procedure for the best interests of our country." .

President Trump disagrees with the results of the presidential election, and has been in a lawsuit to overturn the results.

Usually, if the GSA recognizes the election of a specific candidate after the presidential election, material and human support for the takeover of the regime will be provided as soon as possible, but this process could not proceed because President Trump blocked it.

In this regard, CNN reported that the GSA sent a letter to Biden-elect to notify him that the Trump administration is ready to begin the official takeover process.

In the letter, Director Murphy said the decision on whether to allow the takeover was solely made by himself.

Biden said it would allow for a smooth and peaceful transfer of power, and Biden's transition committee said it would start meetings with federal government officials.

CNN assessed the letter as suggesting that Commissioner Murphy would officially approve Biden-elect's victory, and the Associated Press meant that the GSA had confirmed that Biden-elect was "a clear winner."

However, President Trump did not acknowledge the defeat of the presidential election while ordering cooperation in the transfer of power.

In a tweet, he cited the reason that Commissioner Murphy was being harassed and threatened for failing to declare Biden's victory. "I don't want to see this happen to her, her family, and the staff."

"Our lawsuit (on the results of the presidential election) continues strongly. We will continue to fight well," he wrote, "I believe we will win."
