According to majority sources, the MES was the subject of discussion this morning in the meeting with Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and the majority heads of delegation with the Minister of Economy, Roberto Gualtieri, who on November 30 will be at Ecofin where he will discuss, precisely, the reform of the Mes.

The positions have not changed on the issue: the wall of the 5 stars on one side and Pd and Iv on the other, which instead are favorable.

"An inexplicable position" that of M5S, "inexplicable not having yet asked the MES given the critical issues brought to light by the pandemic" and, he refers, "the difficulty is that Conte is unable to make a synthesis".

The summit was attended by Dario Franceschini, Alfonso Bonafede, Roberto Speranza and Teresa Bellanova, with the undersecretary to the Prime Minister, Riccardo Fraccaro present.

In the afternoon, the premier gave an account, through a tweet, of a phone call with the president of the EU Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen: "Excellent exchange of views today with Ursula Von Der Leyen on the Global Health Summit in connection with the G20, European coordination of health measures on # Covid19 during the Christmas period, a more effective European action on migration with non-EU countries, and on Brexit ".
