Democrat Joe Biden's victory in Pennsylvania in the presidential election has been determined, state Gov. Tom Wolf announced on Twitter.
"As required by federal law, I have signed the certificate of determination," Democrat Wolf wrote, adding:
"Once again, I would like to thank the election workers who have conducted a fair and free election during an incredibly challenging time."
Incumbent President Donald Trump has without presenting evidence claimed that the election was "rigged" and that it was he who took home the victory.
