Aliyev said that he was planning a military operation in Aghdam

But today I can say that the operation in Agdam was planned.

We would have liberated Aghdam anyway.

On November 20, units of the Azerbaijani army entered the Aghdam region in accordance with a trilateral statement on Karabakh.

Earlier, Russian and Armenian Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Ara Ayvazyan discussed relations between the two countries by telephone and exchanged views on the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh.
