the evacuation of a large exile camp in Saint-Denis

, in the Paris suburbs, last week, they were wandering.

Several hundred migrants had therefore decided to set up a new camp on Monday, November 23, in the heart of Paris this time, Place de la République.

But barely an hour after their installation, the police began to remove part of the tents, sometimes with exiles still inside.

They were then dispersed with tear gas and de-encircling grenades towards the streets of the hypercentre of the capital.

But, according to associations, between 500 and 1,000 people had since been wandering the streets on the outskirts of Paris.
