Need a boost for home training?
Take the help of a towel!
For this full body workout, you will need a slippery floor and a pair of hand towels as a base.
A towel workout may sound easy, but you’ll be surprised when you try how effective it is.
Make movements in a row for 3 to 5 sets.
Take breaks of about 30 seconds between movements.
You can take a longer break between rounds, about 1-2 minutes, until you feel ready for the next round.
1. Step squat
Stand on the pelvic leg and place the towel under one leg.
Transfer the weight to the other leg and start sliding the towel leg back on the floor.
Bring your foot back in a controlled manner while pushing the outrigger against the floor and repeat the movement.
Do 12 reps and then do the same for the other leg.
2. Pelvic lift
Lie on your back and bring your legs hooked.
Raise your hips into the air and start sliding your legs alternately straight along a slippery floor.
Keep your hips in the air at all times.
Make a total of 12 slides on both feet.
3. Moving weightlifting
Place on the floor in a wide weight position.
Place small towels under both hands.
Push down with your elbows bent, go back up, slide your hands together and open to the other side again and push again.
If you want more power in the movement, weigh on the elves.
Do a total of 12 push-ups.
Go to the floor in the plank position and place small towels under the pads.
Go to bend your legs alternately, sliding them along the floor.
Keep a straight line on the body and good support on the pallets so that the upper body does not collapse.
Make a total of 12 slides.
