According to a statement issued by the prosecution today, Monday, the investigations showed that the mother of the child is of the nationality of an Asian country, and she had a relationship with another person of the nationality of one of the Asian countries as well, and this relationship resulted in that infant who was found at the airport.

"The mother, while leaving the country, took the initiative to throw the newborn baby in a trash bin in one of the toilets in the departure hall at the airport, and boarded the plane to its destination," the statement added.

The prosecution said that, by interrogating the accused, the father of the girl, he confessed to his relationship with her mother and that she sent him a message and a picture of the child immediately after her birth, and the letter included that she dumped the child that she gave birth to and fled to her country.

She added that the results of examining the DNA of the defendants matched the DNA of the child.

The prosecution pointed out that the focus of attention immediately after the girl was found on the second of last October was “first and foremost to preserve the life of this child, by taking all necessary medical measures, and this was done by placing her under medical supervision all the time and then depositing her in one of Childcare homes in the state.

Violations of judicial officers

With regard to the airport security's handling of the incident, the prosecution said that the extensive investigations resulted in “some employees of the airport security department have acted unilaterally by calling the female medical staff to conduct a virtual examination of some female travelers, believing that what they have done is in conformity with the law as they are judicial arrest officers who specialize in searching. And to investigate the circumstances and circumstances of the crime. "

The prosecution explained that the transgressions committed by these employees are punishable by penalties of up to 3 years.

She added that the crime of attempted murder of a baby girl immediately after her birth, and in the circumstances in which she was found, is punishable by law with a maximum penalty of 15 years.

According to the statement, the Public Prosecutor ordered the presentation of the defendants to the criminal court, whether those who threw the newborn child in the trash or those who violated laws and regulations among the judicial officers.

The Public Prosecution noted that it is taking the appropriate legal action within the framework of international judicial cooperation to arrest the fugitive accused.
