Düsseldorf (dpa) - The mobile operator Vodafone has had serious network problems.
A website of the Düsseldorf company said on Monday afternoon that there were “massive restrictions on the use of mobile data and telephony 2G / 3G / 4G”.
A cause was not given.
Another website, the “allestören.de” portal, registered around 120,000 malfunction reports from users, and the trend is rising.
The reports came from almost all regions and cities in Germany, from Berlin to Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig, Munich, Stuttgart or Cologne to the Vodafone headquarters in Düsseldorf.
