The trial of the January 2015 attacks, interrupted for three weeks because of the Covid-19, was again suspended for a week.

Lawyers have not reached an agreement to use video conferencing, as the main defendant suffers from persistent symptoms. 

The trial of the January 2015 attacks, interrupted for three weeks because of the Covid-19, was again suspended for a week on Monday for lack of agreement from lawyers on the use of videoconferencing for the main accused, victim of persistent symptoms.

"The court orders the extension of the suspension of the trial until Monday, November 30," announced the president of the special assize court Régis de Jorna, estimating that the use of videoconferencing, a time envisaged, does not was at this stage not "necessary".
