It was on Platensgatan on May 9 this year that the police asked a man in his 20s who was driven on an electric bicycle to jump off the package holder.
The policeman was not listened to and followed the men on the electric bicycle in his police car.
According to the indictment, he then drove too close and then collided with the bike.
After the crash, the bicycle was "totally demolished, halfway under the police car", according to a witness and former police officer.
The two men who were riding the bike suffered wounds and needed hospital care after the incident.
According to the preliminary investigation report, the witness scolded the suspect police, as she considered that the hunt was "out of proportion" to the situation.
