Paderborn (dpa / lno) - The second division footballers of FC St. Pauli are still stuck in the table cellar.

On Saturday, Hamburg lost their away game at SC Paderborn with 0: 2 (0: 1) and are still on relegation place 17 with seven points. Dennis Srbeny (39th) and Chris Führich (56th) scored the goals for the Paderborn, who improved to second place.

Rodrigo Zalazar could have put the Kiezkicker in the lead, but failed with a hand penalty to Paderborn's keeper Leopold Zingerle (21st).

Svante Ingelsson had previously played the ball with his hand in the penalty area.

Referee Christian Dingert initially let the game continue and only decided on a penalty after looking at the video images.

St. Pauli's goalkeeper Robin Himmelmann saved the Srebny penalty that Zalazar had inflicted on Ingelsson, but then had no chance against the margin.

For the North Germans, who were well served with two goals against, it was the sixth game without a win in a row.
