Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - The number of infections with the coronavirus in Hesse increased by 1843 within 24 hours.
The number of cases reported since the beginning of the pandemic rose to 74,368, as reported by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs on Saturday (as of November 21, 12:00 a.m.).
The deaths associated with the pandemic rose by 30 to 1010. Not all German health authorities report new infection figures over the weekend.
The so-called incidence of infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past seven days was particularly high in the city of Offenbach on Saturday in Hesse (310.1).
It was particularly low in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district (82.9).
