Lithuania fixes anti-record for daily number of COVID-19 cases

“Over the past day, 2,272 new cases of coronavirus have been identified in Lithuania, and 16 more people have died,” the statement said.

In total, more than 42 thousand patients with coronavirus have been identified in the country since the beginning of the pandemic.

Earlier, a nationwide quarantine was introduced in Lithuania.
