“What has already been built should fall under the amnesty, it should be taken into account in the volume of housing commissioning, but from some moment we must honestly answer each other that everything - this shop is closing, from now on we are building only housing”, - he said.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Anatoly Aksakov commented in an interview with FAN on the situation with the legal status of the apartments.
In March 2019, the State Duma announced a bill on apartments, noting that buyers can be given the same guarantees as buyers of ordinary apartments.
