Britain announces largest military investment plan in 30 years

  Johnson officially announced the plan to the lower house of parliament on the same day, said that this additional military expenditure will be invested in about 4 billion pounds a year, mainly for cutting-edge technology, building new artificial intelligence agencies and space command.

  Johnson said that these military investments are expected to add 10,000 jobs to the United Kingdom each year and help strengthen Britain's global influence.
