J-Södra believes that Bala has violated the values that the club works according to and that he therefore could not continue working.

But Bala's legal representative believes that this is not the case and has now requested that the Swedish Football Association look into the matter.

The Football Association has now appointed a chairman in the arbitration dispute, but no timetable has yet been set.

- No, we are waiting for documents, says Risto Stoorhöök who has been appointed chairman.

Martin Klette, who is Kujtim Bala's legal representative, says that he is currently working on the data.

- We will submit a so-called summons within about 10-14 days, he states in an email to SVT Nyheter Jönköping.

Kicked with immediate effect

In August, the club announced that Kujtim Bala had been fired due to an "ongoing personnel matter".

Then came the decision to fire Bala with immediate effect.

Jönköpings Södra has chosen not to tell any details about what the sports director has done that has violated the club's values.

Martin Klette claims that the club does not tell the whole truth and that the dismissal may have been about saving on costs, given the club's strained finances.

But that claim has been rejected by J-Södra's chairman Mats Tidstrand.

Kujtim Bala started working as sports manager in J-Södra just before the turn of the year, and he signed a contract that lasted until the end of 2021.

In the clip below, you hear Martin Klette talk about his views on the firing of Kujtim Bala.
