November 17, 2020 There may soon be good news for some areas of northern Italy.

The government, after two weeks of monitoring the measures, could consider "easing" the restrictions.

These are rumors that filter from Palazzo Chigi and there is also the hypothesis that a possible return from the red zone to the orange zone could be limited to individual provincial territories: in particular Bergamo and Brescia.

However, nothing has yet been decided.

Bringing Tuscany back to the yellow zone by Christmas "is my goal, but getting back up is hard", admits Eugenio Giani.

The color mechanism, however, observes the governor, "leads very easily to go down from the yellow zone into the orange zone and into the red zone, but then to go back up is hard, because you have to have data of the higher level for 14 days continuously: just get high. something and start again in the count of 14 days. So we will work ".

The goal is to reduce infections as much as possible and save the holidays that are about to arrive.

This is the goal of the president of Liguria, Giovanni Toti: "If we can be careful now, maybe we can reopen a bit of our world for the Immaculate Conception, which would mean giving a little breath to trade".

Another center-right governor, Vito Bardi, embraces the theory of restrictions to avert the worst.

Basilicata, an orange region like Abruzzo which will be red tomorrow, closes schools.

A "decision, at this moment necessary", explains Bardi to "decrease the spread of the virus and the consequent pressure on Lucanian hospitals.

And the choices that determine the transition to one or another risk range will be discussed today in the conference of the Regions, an extraordinary meeting, requested by Friuli Venezia Giulia: "The Conference of Regions chaired by Stefano Bonaccini, whom I thank for his availability, will finally be able to discuss the criteria applied by the Technical Scientific Committee with respect to the data provided at the regional level.

It is an act due for clarity towards the citizens and businesses of Friuli Venezia Giulia ", announces Massimiliano Fedriga.

Meanwhile, in Puglia, due to the growing number of infections, doctors are calling for the region to change from orange to red. "The virus - says the president of the Medical Association of Bari and of the Federation of National Orders, Filippo Anelli - continues to spread at a worrying speed in Puglia.

Councilor Lopalco immediately ask the government to make Puglia a red region ".
