November 17, 2020 There are currently nine people investigated by the Naples Anti-Mafia District Directorate for the clashes between demonstrators and law enforcement officers which took place last October 23, in Naples, in front of the Campania Region headquarters, coinciding with the entry into force of the "curfew" ordered by the president of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca to counter the pandemic.
The Police carried out a search decree issued by the special pool specifically set up by the Naples prosecutor Giovanni Melillo, composed of the deputy prosecutors Celeste Carrano, Luciano D'Angelo, Danilo De Simone, and Antonello Ardituro.
The judicial police have acquired, inter alia, cell phones, clothing and data storage media.
