The number of new confirmed cases of Coronavirus Infectious Disease-19 (Corona 19) in Japan is increasing rapidly.

950 new confirmed cases of Corona 19 in Japan were reported the day before, and accordingly, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Japan increased to 12,358.

It was only a week after the 9th of this month (781) that fewer than 1,000 new cases were recorded a day.

However, considering the variation by day of the week, it is difficult to say that the increase in confirmed cases has eased.

The number of new confirmed cases counted on the 16th was the highest in 3 months following August 3 (965) this year as of Monday.

With the spread of the infection growing seriously, the Japanese government is considering amendments to its policy to encourage eating out.

According to the Asahi Shimbun, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga asked for a review of a plan that excludes cases where 5 or more people dine together under the ``Go To Eat,'' policy that pays part of the meal out in cash points. I asked the heads of local governments.
