In Stepanakert, in Nagorno-Karabah, four days after the end of the conflict, time is suspended.
The wounds of the war are still open and the inhabitants have a hard time projecting themselves into a future that is still very uncertain.

Winter is coming
Many, in any case, do not feel safe in the city.
Some displaced people from Yerevan
have just come to pick up their belongings and leave.
Winter is approaching and many neighborhoods find themselves without gas and without hot water.
Garbage cans are not collected.
Motherhood is destroyed.
Around the rest of the hospital, at the telecommunications center, at the police station, the protective sandbags are still there.
The Russians settle down
At the market, all that remains is a spice seller, a butcher who has no morale and a grocer with too few customers.

I had more people during the war than today, I hope they will come back
" he declares.
The Russian forces, they are starting to settle, the town hall to identify the inhabitants to relocate those who need it but it will obviously take a long time to perhaps reassure.
