Parents of children with disabilities can receive care allowance and additional cost compensation.
But a survey conducted by SVT showed that out of 14,200 surveyed families, just over half had had their benefits withdrawn or reduced after the benefit system was changed last year.

On Thursday, the government decided that the Swedish Social Insurance Agency will be commissioned to investigate the reform and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's handling.
