The chef Dabiz Muñoz has announced this Saturday the reopening of the DiverXo restaurant, the only one with three Michelin stars in Madrid, which remained closed
due to restrictions applied to the Madrid hospitality and after suffering some incidents in recent months.
The restaurant suffered a small fire at the end of August that forced it to close for a few days and, although it resumed activity at the beginning of September, it had to close again after detecting some positive cases of covid-19
among the staff working in the restaurant. restaurant.
Once these incidents were overcome, the chef Dabiz Muñoz chose in the first days of October not to reopen the establishment due to the
new capacity and schedule restrictions that then prevailed in the city of Madrid.
"We said we would return and here we are," the chef wrote today on the social network Instagram to announce the reopening of the restaurant, which since early morning today is already taking care of the possibility of making reservations.
In recent days, the chef and businessman has insisted on the need to create a group of hoteliers at the national level to act as an interlocutor with the authorities in the search for solutions for one of the sectors most affected by the health and economic crisis caused for the pandemic.
