Barely a month has passed since Bandido's establishment in Blekinge became known.

It is about a local motorcycle club that has been linked to the organization - and now one of the club's leadership figures is under arrest for serious crimes.

It was during Thursday that the police and the bailiff carried out a raid on the man's home.

A search of the house turned up a quantity of drugs and ammunition, and the man was arrested and is now under arrest on suspicion of a serious drug crime and a weapon crime.

The bailiff must also have seized goods "of significant value", including the man's motorcycle.

- We do not comment on details.

Some are the bailiff's case and one is ours and a preliminary investigation is underway there now.

It is a long investigation process before there is a prosecution, says Magnus Bergman, local police area manager.

Arrested on Friday

Arrest hearings against the man will be held at Blekinge District Court on Friday afternoon.

The man denies the crime, and what kind of drug it is about, the prosecutor does not want to comment at the moment.

- I do not want to go into details considering that he denies crime, so it is possible that we need to hear other people around.

A technical investigation is now being carried out, and then we will hear him further, says Stina Brindmark, prosecutor.
