Live. Follow up to the minute the last hour about the coronavirus
The Community of Madrid has excluded 10 Basic Health Zones from mobility and economic activity restrictions after reducing the cases in these areas by more than 50% in the last 14 days and having a marked downward trend.
Those areas, which from 00:00 hours next Monday will be outside the restrictions, are Brújula, in Torrejón (with a decrease of more than 58%);
Espinillo, in Villaverde (57%);
Guadarrama (67%);
Las Fronteras, in Torrejón (61%), Peñaprieta, in Puente de Vallecas (56%), Rafael Alberti, in Puente de Vallecas (51%);
San Andrés, in Villaverde (50%);
San Blas, in Parla (50%);
San Cristóbal, in Villaverde (50%);
Vinateros Torito, in Moratalaz (53%).
In the rest of the 22 basic areas and 9 municipalities affected today, the restrictions remain.
Currently, no Basic Health Zone in the Community of Madrid has a 14-day AI of 500 or more cases per 100,000, the threshold set in the current epidemiological situation to take action.
For this reason, this week, the regional government is not going to restrict mobility and activity in any other area.
