As expected, with the increase in infections and the hospitals close to collapse, more and more regions enter the areas most at risk, and therefore are subjected to more restrictive measures.



Seven "red zone", 9 "orange zone" and 5 "yellow zone" areas: this is how the map of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces changes in light of the ordinance signed by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. The new ordinance comes into force on Sunday 15 and the content is already known: two Regions - Campania and Tuscany - will be added to the list of red areas of which Calabria, Lombardy, Piedmont, the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and Valle d 'already belong. Aosta. Emilia-Romagna, Friuli and Marche will turn orange, reaching Abruzzo, Basilicata, Liguria, Puglia, Sicily and Umbria. "Yellow" remain instead Lazio, Molise, Sardinia, Trento and Veneto.



ABRUZZO

(ORANGE): In Abruzzo, controls will be strengthened to ensure compliance with the measures and to enforce the ban on gatherings, with the use of sound systems to attract people's attention.

Particular attention is paid to the control of movements between municipalities and towards the capital. 



BASILICATA

(ORANGE): The surveillance and control services connected to the epidemiological emergency by the police forces have been reformulated, with the help of the local police and the soldiers of the "Strade Sicure" army.

The abolition of the "red zones" in the municipalities of Genzano di Lucania and Irsina is being defined. 



BOLZANO

(RED): The autonomous province of Bolzano is a red zone, with a regime defined as "hard lockdown": in the capital, motor activity can take place within a maximum distance of 1,000 meters from one's home, and there is an app for check it.

In Alto Adige starting from next week distance learning for all middle and high schools;

in presence in kindergartens and elementary schools only for children whose parents carry out essential jobs.

More restrictive measures also for economic activities.

Governor Arno Kompatscher announces a mass test for 350,000 people. 



TRENTO

(YELLOW): The president of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, today launches a new ordinance which provides for interventions on physical activities, on the administration of drinks in bars and restaurants, on some festive closings, on open-air markets and on to go shopping. 



CALABRIA

(RED): In Catanzaro, didactic activities in presence for schools of all levels and levels have been suspended until November 28, including public and private kindergartens. 



CAMPANIA

(RED): In Campania the mayors of some cities, such as Benevento and Torre Annunziata, have moved in the direction of closing crowded streets or squares.

Measures in this direction are also expected in Naples, in particular for 90 streets which are particularly subject to crowds. 



EMILIA-ROMAGNA

(ORANGE): governor Bonaccini's ordinance provides for shops closed on Sundays (except pharmacies, groceries, tobacconists and newsstands) while commercial parks and larger shops will also be closed on Saturdays.

Gymnastics, singing and wind instrument lessons are prohibited at school.

Stop also to sports and physical activity in the centers and on the seafront.

In Bologna the mayor prohibits initiatives, demonstrations and events in the historic center, including the activity of street artists. 



FRIULI VENEZIA-GIULIA

(ORANGE): Governor Fedriga has issued an ordinance, which provides for the "recommendation" for access to the shops of large and medium-sized structures in the first two hours of the day for the elderly.

Among other measures: shops closed on holidays (except pharmacies, groceries, newsagents and tobacconists).

Drinks at the bar only when seated after 3 pm, physical activity far from historic centers, shopping centers closed on the eve of holidays and holidays.

Physical education, singing and wind instruments lessons were suspended in the first cycle schools. 



LAZIO

(YELLOW): Checks on the beaches but also in the green areas of the capital.

In Rome "anti-crowd" messages from police cars and quota accesses in the event of gatherings in the shopping streets, monitored by helicopter.

Stop at the metro stops in the center: the Municipality evaluates the opening of the LTZ.

The closing of the maxi-stores and non-food markets on holidays has been decided. 



LIGURIA

(ORANGE): In Genoa an ordinance is coming to ban walks in some parts of the city from the weekend, such as the waterfront.

Parks open but controlled by Civil Protection personnel to verify the gatherings.

As an orange zone, the closure of bars and restaurants and the ban on leaving the region and moving between municipalities, except for reasons of work, health or necessity. 



LOMBARDY

(RED): In Lombardy, relapse into the red zone, the most severe restrictions provided for by the dpcm are applied: you cannot leave the house except for proven reasons, shops closed except those of necessity, distance learning.

In Milan tight controls and closures: only yesterday a restaurant in the center, three private clubs and a butcher. 



MARCHE

(ORANGE): In compliance with the restrictions of the orange zone: curfew from 10pm to 5am, 100 percent dad in high school, closed bars, pastry shops and ice cream shops, home delivery allowed, shopping centers closed on weekends, capacity on buses reduced by 50%. 



MOLISE

(YELLOW): In Molise the "standard" restrictions of the yellow zones: you can move from municipality to municipality and from region to region.

Restaurants and bars close at 6pm, while the shops remain open until closing.

In Termoli, protests by traders: with bars and restaurants closed early, the proceeds also drop. 



PIEDMONT

(RED): Strict squeeze for Piedmont, as well as for the other red areas: travel is prohibited, except for work, necessity or health, even within one's own Municipality.

Closed bars and restaurants.

In the presence only preschools, elementary and sixth grade. 



PUGLIA

(ORANGE): after the gatherings of last weekend, a squeeze has been decided in Bari: the mayor has increased controls in some streets of the city and near the large commercial structures.

Closed three gardens and the skate park.

Four other mayors have ordered the closure of some areas until 3 December: Altamura, Monopoli, Noicattaro and Corato.

In Foggia, the municipal villa and, at the weekend, the main streets of the center closed from today. 



SARDINIA

(YELLOW): In Cagliari from tomorrow bicycles and other vehicles on wheels are prohibited on the Admiralty promenade.

The regional councilor for health Nieddu has asked the government to close all schools, elementary, middle and high school, to curb Covid.

A plan for the reorganization of health is coming from the Region. 



SICILY

(ORANGE): The mayor of Palermo Orlando has suspended the ordinance, already announced, to close compulsory schools.

Until December 3, no parking in the center and on weekends also on the coast.

Archbishop Lorefice also ordered the suspension of parish activities in presence except for Mass and other sacraments.

In Catania, no parking on weekends in Piazza Duomo and in the Borgo Marinaro. 



TUSCANY

(RED): Greater controls by the police, especially on weekends, and also the green light for any more restrictive measures, including the closure of the most frequented streets and squares, such as in Florence or Empoli.

Stop at restaurants and bars on weekends.

Livorno has already arranged to ban access to the "moletti" at the weekend;

Monsummano said stop walking in parks and public gardens. 



UMBRIA

(ORANGE): In addition to the measures provided for by the dpcm for the orange areas, city restrictions have been decided: the mayor of Perugia has ordered the closure to the public, for the entire day and until November 22, of the steps of the cathedral of San Lorenzo.

A ban on access to some areas of the city was also ordered in Terni. 



VALLE D'AOSTA

(RED): With the more restrictive measures provided for by the dpcm, Valle d'Aosta relies on online: university lectures only at a distance and indication on the sites of the Municipality of the capital and Confcommercio of the open shops that perform services home delivery. 



VENETO

(YELLOW): Order of the governor Luca Zaia against the "rubbing": it is not allowed to walk in the historical centers of the cities and in the crowded areas;

the administration of drinks and food from 3 to 6 pm must take place exclusively seated.

Large and medium-sized sales structures, including outlets, are closed on the day before holidays.

Only grocery stores, pharmacies, tobacconists and newsagents are open.

All kinds of sales are prohibited on holidays, with the exception of food.

For shopping centers and supermarkets, encourage the access of the elderly in the first two hours.
