This is stated in the Moscow Declaration of the Council of the Heads of the SCO Member States.

"The member states stand for the formation of a multipolar world order based on the universally recognized principles of international law, multilateralism, equal and indivisible security, rejection of confrontation and conflicts, strengthening global and regional security and stability," the document, published on the Kremlin's website, says.

It is noted that the SCO members confirmed the relevance of initiatives to promote interaction in building international relations of a new type in the spirit of mutual respect, justice, equality and mutually beneficial cooperation.
