And we have no such need today, ”the head of state said.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov urged not to escalate the rocket arms race.
The diplomat announced Moscow's readiness for joint efforts to de-escalate the situation in Europe against the backdrop of the termination of the INF Treaty.
