The Gävleborg region announced in the evening that special healthcare management locally at Hudiksvall hospital and regionally went into staff mode during the power outage.
At a press conference at 10 pm on Tuesday, the region told more about the incident.

Otherwise, no negative consequences have affected any patient, says Roger Westerlund.
No patients were received by ambulance while the hospital was extinguished.
Instead, ambulances were redirected to other hospitals.
According to Ellevio, the power was back on all 279 customers at 21.42.
The cause of the electrical fault must have been a fault in the regional electricity network, the company announces.
